Additionally, Mr. Hadidi has served as local counsel to both Arab and multinational shareholders in the acquisition of various Jordanian companies. He has also played a pivotal role as a team leader in drafting significant legislative measures in Jordan, including the Safeguard Law, the Securities Law, and amendments to the Trademarks Law and the Companies Law.
Furthermore, Mr. Hadidi has provided advisory services to the World Bank and several multinational corporations on matters related to Jordanian trade and civil laws, legislative developments, and land development.
