Ali is a bilingual Arabic-English trainee lawyer and a graduate of the University of Jordan, where he obtained his LLB in Law. He joined the firm in July, 2024 and currently serves in the Commercial Department. Ali’s practice focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, and he has contributed to legal advisory work across multiple sectors, including aviation, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and retail. He regularly drafts and reviews internal bylaws, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and internal regulations to ensure alignment with applicable laws and the client’s best interests. Ali also advises on intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on trademark registration and protection.
