Barakat Al-Nahar is a bilingual Jordanian lawyer with a strong specialization in commercial law, corporate law, labor law, and regulatory compliance. He currently serves as a Commercial Lawyer at Hadidi & Co., where he advises a wide range of clients across industries including pharmaceuticals, aviation, retail, logistics, and professional services.
Barakat has in-depth experience in drafting and negotiating high-value commercial agreements, company internal bylaws, and corporate governance frameworks. He regularly provides counsel on shareholder relations, entity formation, and various commercial matters, ensuring clients’ full compliance with Jordanian laws and regulations. Earlier in his career, Barakat was admitted to the Jordanian Bar in early 2023. In parallel to his legal work, he served as a Protocol Officer at The Royal Hashemite Court, where he gained first-hand experience in high-level diplomatic and ceremonial affairs, enhancing his discretion and interpersonal acumen.
