Zaid is a corporate and commercial attorney with a strong focus on commercial advisory, corporate structuring and transactions, labor law advisory and dispute resolution, and corporate governance. He holds an LLB from the University of Petra and joined Hadidi & Co. in April, 2024 where he advises local and international clients across a wide range of sectors.
His practice includes drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, handling employment-related matters, overseeing complex corporate transactions, and providing strategic legal solutions tailored to each client’s business goals.
